Reitano, 100, a life resident of Tully, passed away Friday at the Cortland Park Rehab. & Nursing Center with her daughter at her side. She had been employed as a secretary for the Tully School District, Aspen Industrial and the Tully Garage. She was a member of Tully United Community Church, Tully Senior Citizens and Tully Order of the Eastern Star #54. She was a volunteer at Van Duyn, where she enjoyed playing the piano for the residents. She was the widow of James Reitano, who died in 1964, and grandmother of the late Brian Reitano, who died in 1997. Surviving are her daughter, Jean (Tyler) McCarthy of Lafayette; her son, Philip (Leilani) Reitano of Preble; three grandchildren, Kimberly (Gary) Millington of Rome, NY, Christopher (Allison) McCarthy of Henderson, Nevada, and James Reitano of Rochester; five great-grandchildren, Kevin and Ashley Reitano, Gary III, and Hailey Jean and Derek Tyler Millington. Services: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Tully United Community Church, Meetinghouse Rd, Tully. Interment: Tully Cemetery. Friends may call Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at Hartwell Funeral Home, 461 Route 281, Tully, NY. Contributions may be made to Tully United Community Church or the Tully Fire Dept.
