"Dust to dust: Saturday morning, March 18, at her residence on Franklin street, Mrs. Lydia Atkinson, aged 72 years. Mrs. Atkinson, or "Aunt Lydia" as she was generally called, was well-known in the community, having lived on what is known as the " Stoney Hollow Farm" for a great many years. A few years since, after her children had all been married and removed to homes of their own,she came to town and has lived here since, where she died on Franklin street. She was a most estimable woman and always enjoyed the confidence and respect of her neighbors and friends. We sympathize with her family and friends in the loss of their mother."
