ALBANY, Aug. 28 (Special).--Charles L. Morris, 85, father of Frank L. Morris, state superintendent of standards and purchase, died today at his home in Warsaw, N. Y.
Mr. Morris has been in failing health for the past two years. He is survived by his son, Frank L. Morris, and daughter, Mrs. Fenton Taylor of Warsaw. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Warsaw and a member of the Trinity Episcopal church."
