Funeral on Weds with burial at Apulia.
The funeral of Hiram Rowley, who died Sunday morning, will be held at the late home (at) 40 Richard-st, at 1:30 o'clock Wednesday, and the body will be taken to Apulia for burial.
Mr. Rowley was nearly 79 years of age and had been in poor health for a number of years. He was the son of the late Daniel and Annie Rowley and was born in Fabius on Dec. 23, 1839. As a young man he went to Truxton to engage in the dairy business and in 1879 returned to Fabius, where he spent the greater part of his life on a farm. He was married Feb. 2, 1869, to Miss Mary Fox of Kenosha, Wisconsin, who survives him. He had made his home in Cortland for the past seventeen years."
