"STROBEL CRISS MAYHEW
FORT MYERS (By Staff Writer)—Strobel Criss Mayhew, 70, died Monday at his home in Bokeelia, Pine Island. Born in Coal Grove, Ohio, he had lived in Bokeelia four years. He was a retired farmer and member of the Methodist Church in Gahanna, Ohio, and of the International Order of Odd Fellows. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Manila W. Mayhew; two daughters, Mrs. Lois Chamberlaiss, Columbus, Ohio, and Mrs. James Bair, Beckley, W.Va.; two sons, John R. Mayhew, Columbus, and Philip Mayhew, Pittsburgh, Pa."

David Lewis Llewellyn (1909 - 2005)
"LLEWELLYN, Rev. David Lewis, 95, of Sebring, Fla., passed away Friday, March 11, 2005, in Sebring. He was born April 9, 1909, to Russell C. and Annie Louisa (Todd) Llewellyn, in Freeport, Pa., and had been a resident of Sebring since 1960, coming from Glenridge, N.J. He was the Founding Pastor of Calvary Church in Sebring and pastored at Highlands Hammock State Park for over 30 years. He was a former Chairman of the Highlands County Ministerial Association and remained a member of Calvary Church. He is survived by his sons, Russell Llewellyn, San Carlos, Calif., Lee Llewellyn, Sebring, David Llewellyn, Fair Oaks, Calif., and Robert Llewellyn, Melbourne, Fla.; daughter, Sally Llewellyn, Atlanta, Ga.; seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sara Elizabeth Llewellyn. Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 13, 2005, at 3 p.m. at Calvary Church, Sebring, Rev. Lester Osbeck officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to service time, at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Ten Mile Church of the Brethren Cemetery, Marianna, Pa.
