BERKELEY, Aug. 5— Hugh B. Rowley, 62, of 546 Vistamont Ave., died today of injuries received after an apparent fall 12 feed from a porch he was building at the side of his home.
A civilian auditor for the United States Air Force, he was pronounced dead on arrival at Kaiser Foundation Hospital, Oakland."
