Personal property not exceeding $10,000 and real estate not exceeding $25,000 was left by the will of the late Stephen R. Cleveland, of Watertown, to his wife, Mrs. Emma Cleveland and her heirs, who was named as sole legatee. The will was filed in probate Monday.
