"Westmoreland — News was received here Friday of the death of Mrs. Maria Halleck, widow of Morris Halleck, which occurred at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. James McDougall, in Syracuse. Mrs. Halleck had been in feeble health for a long time and her death was not unexpected. She leaves two daughters, Mrs. James McDougall and Mrs. Carroll Seymour, both of Syracuse."
