~~~ Elmer Wagner Weds Miss Lillian Birtell, of Danville, at the Home of the Bride on Sunday Afternoon
~~~ Elmer Wagner, son of Peter Wagner, of this place, was united in marriage to Miss Lillian Birtell, of Danville, at the latter's home in that city on Sunday afternoon at 3:00 o'clock. Only the immediate relatives of the happy couple witnessed the ceremony. The Rev. William Reynold officiated. Miss Margie Carrington, of Danville, and William Burtell, of Terra Haute, Indiana, were the attendants.
While the bride is not well known here, yet we are pleased to hear that she is quite popular in her home city and a very talented young lady.
The bridegroom is well known in Ogden as this has been his home all his life, with the exception of the past few months, while he has been associated with a garage firm in Danville. It was while there that they met, wooed and he won his bride... "
