"Mrs. Hahn. wife of George Hahn, died Sunday March 3, 1889, aged 80 years- The funeral occurred Tuesday at the church in Brownhelm station, Rev. Fortwick of Vermilion officiating, and was attended by a large number of friends and relatives. She was one of the oldest residents in this locaility where she had lived fifty-five years, and was highly respected by all who knew her. Her husband and one son, Chas. and two sisters, Mrs. Faber who is 77 years of age, and Mrs. Brown of Brownhelm, who is also well along in years, survive her. The remains were interred in the cemetery at Brownhem — North Amherst Reporter."
