"Charles H. Ten Eyck
June 13, 1923 — Nov. 4, 2012 Charles H. Ten Eyck, 89, of Sedona, died Nov. 4. He was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Lula Ten Eyck. He is survived by his wife Eunice, son Art [Carlene] of Prescott, daughter Patricia of Phoenix, two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A memorial service will take place Saturday, Nov. 17, at 3:30 p.m. at the Sedona Historical Museum, 735 Jordan Road. Make donations to Northern Arizona Hospice, 269 South Candy Lane in Cottonwood."
