Blanchard-Mantle

At the home of Mr. and Mrs. Mantle, in the town of Watertown, at 12:30 Wednesday afternoon, occurred the marriage of their daughter, Miss Vannie C. Mantle, to Allen Blanchard. It was a quiet home wedding, attended only by the relatives of the contracting parties. The ceremony was performed by Rev. John Richards, of Adams, and the bride and groom were attended by Miss Marguerite Ayers and Master Harry Mantle. After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served. Mr. and Mrs. Blanchard left on their wedding journey.
The groom is a popular young farmer of the town of Watertown, and he and his bride are justly held in high esteem by a host of friends, who wish them all the happiness and prosperity in their life together."
