"A Sketch of Frank Morris
As printed by the Jeffersonian in September
LOYAL TO WARSAW

Life Long Resident of Warsaw is Proving Himself a Man of great Integrity - Heads Largest Purchasing Department in the United States.
In these days when farmers throughout the country are crying for relief, it is interesting to find one who needs no aid, who while the economists and politicians are wrangling with each other over economic issues, has solved all the problems confronting him by applying his own initiative and intelligence.
And by virtue of this same initiative and intelligence, applied to his job as "storekeeper of the State of New York". Frank L. Morris, head of the Departments of Standard and Purchases, has saved his fellow taxpayers $3,000,000 in the past year.
Born June 2, 1869, on a farm at Warsaw, in Wyoming County, New York, Mr. Morris has been loyal to the soil which he continues to till as father did before him.
On that same farm Mr. Morris still lives and carries on the sturdy New England tradition of his parents, Charles L. and Emma T. Morris. Following their principals (for in their day "farm relief" was unheard of), Mr. Morris has no need of calling upon economists to solve either his personal or farm problems. However, Frank does not admit the existence of a "problem"..."
