"The L^ffingwell Reunion.
The Leffingwell family reunion was held on Tuesday, Aug 13 (at Sea Breeze with Mrs. and Mrs. N. H. Burns of Rochester as host and hostess. The trip was made by autos and trolly from Rochester, and after a fine dinner served on the pavilion which was reserved for their use, the following officers were elected to serve for next year: President, Mrs. Mary Lathrop, Gainesville; vice president Mrs. Ida Hubbel, Rochester; secretary and treasurer, Letha Baker, Warsaw; Pianist, Mrs. Ions Wallace, Gainesville. The young people, and some of the older ones too, led by the president, George Powers of Gainesville, and the chef, Percy Hubbel of Rochester, spent the afternoon enjoying the different amusements in the park and after a hearty vote of thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Burns, all departem (sic) for their homes to meet next year with Mr. and Mrs. Laurence in Gainesville, N.Y.
