"A paper was recently received by Mr. W. S. Otto of this place from Dr. M. H. Alter, who resided in Kittanning for several years but is now living in Los Angeles, Cal., containing the information that the Doctor's son Frank has just taken out a license for his marriage with Miss Jennie Green, a native of Kentucky. Frank is the elder of the Doctor's two sons and is twenty-one years of age, the prospective bride being nineteen."
